Shipping Policy
At Urban Kulture, every piece is made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. This "made-to-order" approach helps us reduce overproduction and ensure high quality in every stitch.
1. Production & Processing Time
Because your items are custom-printed, please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location:
Domestic (Standard): 5–10 business days after production.
International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination country).
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Urban Kulture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Email with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will work with our production partners to get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.
