1. How long will it take to get my order?

Because we care about quality in every stitch, we don’t keep "shelf stock." Every item is custom-printed just for you after you order.

  • Production Time: 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Total: Most customers receive their "Level Up" fit within 10–15 business days.

2. How do I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our production hub, we’ll send a tracking link to the email you used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the mail carrier scans it.

3. Can I return or exchange my items?

Since every piece is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, we’ve got you covered! Contact us within 7 days at [brandlinkmedias@gmail.com] with a photo, and we will send a replacement for free.

4. What is the fit/sizing of your clothes?

Our pieces generally follow a Standard Urban Fit. If you prefer that oversized "Gen Z" look, we recommend sizing up one from your usual size. Check the size chart on each product page to ensure you get the perfect fit before ordering.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to grab your gear. We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your "Level Up" fit arrives at your door.
